In this video, Linda shows you how to properly strengthen your pelvic floor after triggering it with the TMX® BEBO PELVIC FLOOR TRIGGER. You don't need any additional equipment.

Repeat the triggering with the TMX® BEBO and the strengthening exercises. Optionally, you can now also do the strengthening exercises from the additional video. Take a one-day break between each strengthening session.
