In this video, TMX® founder Thomas shows you which exercises you can do with the TMX® META FUẞTRIGGER to counteract metatarsalgia and pain in the ball of the foot.

After this video, we recommend that you perform the mobilization exercises from the video “Mobilizing the foot muscles”. Repeat the trigger session as often as necessary. We recommend that you take a day's break between two trigger sessions.
