Sitting on the floor, place the trigger specifically on the area of pain along the lateral muscles of the lower leg. To treat the fascia and muscles more effectively at specific points, increase the stimulus by applying pressure from above in the middle of your knee joint. Pull your foot up and stretch it to mobilize your lateral muscles. You should repeat this process at least twice. If you feel sore muscles the next day, take a break.
