 TRIGGERING WITH THE

Position and trigger the area of pain in the lumbar spine while lying or standing. You can rest your head on a pillow. Lying down, pull your legs up and rotate them alternately to the left and right to mobilize your tense muscles under the pressure of the trigger. Finally, lie down in a rotational stretching position. Rest the following day. If you feel sore muscles the next day, take a break.
