 TRIGGERING WITH THE
TMX® TRIGGER ORIGINAL PLUS



While sitting or standing, position the middle section of your back (approximately between the shoulder blades) on the trigger and trigger the area of pain. Alternately raise your arms and move them in the air to mobilize your tense muscles under the pressure of the trigger. Rest the following day. If you feel sore muscles the next day, take a break.
